It was a hot day with some uphills and many stops. And it was a great last night in the wine festival.

This is the nicest part of the path. But we faced some technical problems. Two pedals got broken within a few kilometers. We took it easy though and enjoyed the day.

This was the day when we joined a wine harvest on the slopes around the lake. It was much fun as well as cycling through gorgeous landscapes and having a rest in the thermal lake of Hévíz at the end of the long day.

Here we are again! Nice weather, good company and a scenic route. What else can be needed for a great tour?  

On the last day we had some sailing adventure, a tough uphill but then a stunning view on the whole lake. Alas it is over for now but we’ll return in August. You can join if you liked it.

Long day, much fun. Another nice mix of cycling, culture, beaches and gastronomy.

Short stage, busy day. We visited two castles (Keszthely and Szigliget), a beautiful small town (Tapolca) and at the end of the day we enjoyed the beach and the wines of Badacsony.

Hot, hot, hot. Cycling, beach, cycling, beer, ice cream, cycling, beach, lángos, cycling, thermal lake, beef stew, wine. What a day! 🙂
